How sealed tenders work

One submission, not a live auction

Tax sales commonly use sealed tenders. Before opening, you do not know how many people are bidding or what competing prices are. Each participant submits one compliant tender. There is no live bidding and no second round.

  1. Track the live status, deadline, delivery location and municipality instructions.
  2. Understand the factual title, planning, access, environmental and property-condition questions that still need investigation.
  3. Plan independent verification with legal, financing, inspection, surveying or construction professionals where appropriate.
