Complete the lifecycle before expanding province-wide

Initial coverage focuses on Toronto, York, Peel, Durham, Halton, Hamilton and Niagara. New regions are added only after notices, status changes, cancellations, openings and outcomes can be followed reliably.

Source hierarchy

Municipality tax sale pages and official documents come first. The Ontario Gazette supports discovery and cross-checking. Third-party sites are monitoring leads only and never determine public status on their own.

Status definitions

Unknown values remain unknown and are never represented as $0. An opening-day highest valid tender is not the same as a completed transfer. Cancelled, no-valid-tender, reoffered and completed outcomes are recorded separately.
